some remote locations may not support cod
if cod is not available for your pincode we will inform u by sms or email

please enter the correct name number and address
couriers may call u before delivery
if u do not pick up or respond delivery may fail or get delayed

refusing cod orders
please avoid refusing cod parcels at delivery
refused parcels cause courier return charges and heavy operational losses
customers who refuse cod orders repeatedly may have cod disabled for future orders

fake or incomplete address
orders with incorrect address
wrong pincode
fake phone number
or unreachable numbers
may be cancelled automatically
enter full correct details to avoid delays

payment at delivery
cod payment is collected by the courier partner at your doorstep
always check that the courier is from a trusted partner like delhivery dtdc bluedart ecom express or india post
we never ask for advance payment or otp for cod orders

refund for cod orders
if a return or refund is approved
refunds for cod orders are processed through upi only
after approval u can share your upi id like
